WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a wide range of videography services, including corporate videos, promotional content, event coverage, social media clips, and more. We tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each client.

WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?

It really depends on the project. Some can be 24-48 hour turnarounds, while others can take around 1-2 weeks. It really just depends on the complexity of the project. We also offer expedited services if needed. Your dedicated Video Producer will give you a more accurate deliverable timeline during your planning meeting.

CAN I MAKE REVISIONS TO THE VIDEO?

Yes, we offer 3 rounds of revisions to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions can be accommodated for an extra fee.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING STRUCTURE?

Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project. We offer customized packages to fit your specific needs and budget. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

DO YOU OFFER A CONSULTATION BEFORE THE SHOOT?

Yes, we offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and any specific requirements for the project. This helps us ensure that the final product aligns with your expectations. You will not pay a deposit until the shoot date has been booked.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes. We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and ensures that our time and resources are dedicated to bringing your vision to life.

DOES VIDEO BY HALEY ONLY SERVICE TEXAS?

Not at all! We pride ourselves with being a remote production company, meaning we don’t have to be on site to get you the quality work you’re looking for. If we’re working together from separate cities or states, we’ll have a few meetings prior to shoot day to work out the logistics and make sure you or whomever is doing the shooting is ready to go. Once your project is shot, you’ll share it with us and we’ll take care of the rest.

On the other hand, if you would like us on-site to shoot your project outside of our primary service area (Dallas-Fort Worth), additional travel fees will apply.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE CANCELLATIONS?

That is what our 50% non-refundable deposit covers. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. You are free to reschedule at anytime.
